Why do Nebraska schools rank high nationally? Why are Nebraska students sought after by employers everywhere? In this session we discuss the “Nebraska Way”; while sharing incredible stories from our schools from all across Nebraska. The Nebraska Council of School Administrators (NCSA) Ambassador Program advocates for public education and promotes all the great things happening in schools every day. In the past six years, we have gathered hundreds of stories that can be found on https://www.nebraska-advantage.org/. These stories are examples of the student first, Nebraska way. Session attendees will be asked to join in by providing examples of “The Nebraska Way” from their perspective.
